Fresh Peach Bellini Recipe

Juice some fresh peaches, open a bottle of fizz, add the fizz slowly to the peach juice in a large jug about 50:50 stir and pour.

The Bellini will look cloudy, separate and oxidise however, it tastes fab and counts as one of your 5 a day!

Optional extra, a slug of brandy to the jug.
