Cut to a medium shred, we use quality clementines to provide a sunny, naturally sweet, and intensely fruity base that is softer and less sharp than traditional bitter orange marmalade.Fresh ginger adds a gentle, aromatic heat and depth that cuts through the sugar without overpowering the delicate citrus flavor. A winter warmer this is lovely with cheese or on toast.
Each Jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
