Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Postage & Courier collections are on Tuesdays & Thursdays only and all orders must be placed by midday the day before collection. Orders placed after midday on Wednesday will be dispatched the following week.

Please note that currently we can only post within the UK and if you are in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and other islands (not on the mainland), we are unable to use the courier service so your order is limited to a maximum four Jars.

Delivery costs: 

1 - 4 Jars £5.50 Tracked 24 (takes up to 24 hours from collection) or £4.50 Tracked 48 (takes up to 48 hours from collection) 

5 - 15 Jars £11 Courier (takes up to 48 hours from collection) 

ORDERS PLACED AFTER MIDDAY WEDNESDAY WILL BE DISPATCHED THE FOLLOWING WEEK.

You will receive tracking information when your parcel leaves us, but if you have any queries, please email us Info@thepropermarmaladecompany.co.uk  and we will do our very best to help.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

We are very sorry, but we are currently unable to ship overseas.  Varying customs policies, high shipping costs and paperwork required make it too expensive for our small business to manage.
