Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We send all up to 4 Jars by Royal Mail Tracked 24 at a cost of £7*.

For order of 5 to 15 Jars, we use APC/Dash Logistics at a cost of £12*

All our orders are collected on a Tuesday and Thursday only and must be placed by midday on a Monday and Wednesday to make these collections.

Please note: If you order after midday on a Thursday, your order will be dispatched the following week.

You will receive tracking information when your parcel leaves us, but if you have any queries, please email us Info@thepropermarmaladecompany.co.uk  and we will do our very best to help.

*These prices are subject to change in accordance with the carrier making changes. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

We are very sorry, but we are currently unable to ship overseas.  Varying customs policies, high shipping costs and paperwork required make it too expensive for our small business to manage.
