Orange and Bergamot marmalade tastes bright, bittersweet and deeply, aromatic, blending traditional citrus sharpness with an elegant, floral perfume. A mixture and sweet and Seville oranges provides sweetness and structure and the bergamot brings a sophisticated, floral aroma reminiscent of Earl Grey tea and orange blossom.

Each Jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

At The Proper Marmalade Company, we are passionate about marmalade. Our award- winning range is made by hand in small batches in our unique marmalade shop in North Devon, where you can come and try before you buy! We are a small family-run artisan business and we pride ourselves in making proper marmalade the traditional way.

 

 

 


 

Ingredients

Sugar, sweet orange, Seville orange, citric acid, essential oil of bergamot (trace). Prepped with 60g fruit per 100g, total sugar 60g/100g

Storage

Our marmalades are made with a two-year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Delivery

We send up to 4 Jars by Royal Mail and for 5 Jars up to 15 we use APC. We pack our Jars with great care to ensure your delivery gets to you in one piece. For the most part our deliveries do arrive in one piece. However, we promise to replace any broken items should this not be the case.
