We use quality Seville Oranges cut to a medium shred. The distinct traditional bittersweet flavour is both nostalgic and moreish.  For the festive season we have added a hint of warming fresh ginger and the spicy sweet cinnamon, nutmeg & clove; Christmas in a Jar!

Each Jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

At The Proper Marmalade Company, we are passionate about marmalade. Our award- winning range is made by hand in small batches in our unique marmalade shop in North Devon, where you can come and try before you buy! We are a small family-run artisan business and we pride ourselves in making proper marmalade the traditional way.

Sugar, Seville Oranges, fresh ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove essential oils (trace), citric acid.

Prepped with 55g fruit per 100g, total sugars 60/100g

Storage

Our marmalades are made with a two-year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Delivery

We send up to 4 Jars by Royal Mail and for 5 Jars up to 15 we use APC. We pack our Jars with great care to ensure your delivery gets to you in one piece. For the most part our deliveries do arrive in one piece. However, we promise to replace any broken items should this not be the case.
