Winter-spiced Marmalade is a mix of quality citrus fruits cut to a medium shred and warmed with dark brown sugar, mixed spices and good slug of rum to keep out the cold! This marmalade is high in fruit and flavour and similar to a mince pie or Christmas pudding in taste so It lends itself perfectly cheese and in particular to a strong cheddar cheese.
Each Jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
