This medium shred marmalade combining zesty lemon with the gentle, rustic, and slightly woody earthiness of thyme that tempers the sugar and cuts through the high citrus notes, offering a refreshing, slightly savoury twist. Great as a glaze on chicken, with cheeses and on toast.

Each Jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

We are a small family-run artisan business and we pride ourselves in making proper marmalade the traditional way.

Sugar, Lemon, water, thyme essential oil (trace). Prepared with 35g fruit per 100g, total sugar 60g/100g

Storage

Our marmalades are made with a two-year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Delivery

We send up to 4 Jars by Royal Mail and for 5 Jars up to 15 we use APC. We pack our Jars with great care to ensure your delivery gets to you in one piece. For the most part our deliveries do arrive in one piece. However, we promise to replace any broken items should this not be the case.
