We use quality limes cut to medium shreds. This marmalade offers a vivid, tangy fragrance with a bold citrus punch and a pleasant, mild bitterness from the rind. It has a translucent, gelatinous consistency filled with fine, tender shreds or thin strips of suspended lime zest.
Each Jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
