This medium shred marmalade made with equal parts orange, lemon and pink grapefruit is a bright, balance preserve that combines sweet, sharp and pleasantly bitter flavours. The orange brings natural sweetness and a warm, rounded citrus base and the Lemon provides sharp acidity, while the pink grapefruit introduces a sophisticated, tangy bitterness and a rosy, jewel-toned amber color. 

Each Jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Sugar,  pink grapefruit, sweet orange and lemon. Prepped with 54g fruit per 100g, total sugar 60g/100g

Storage

Our marmalades are made with a two-year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Delivery

We send up to 4 Jars by Royal Mail and for 5 Jars up to 15 we use APC. We pack our Jars with great care to ensure your delivery gets to you in one piece. For the most part our deliveries do arrive in one piece. However, we promise to replace any broken items should this not be the case.
