Lemon and Ginger Marmalade

Lemons cut to a medium shred and fresh ginger with a dash of honey to finish it off gives a vibrant, sharp and warming taste with smooth floral sweetness. The lemon provides a sharp, zesty citrus punch and a clean acidity that wakes up the palate and the fresh root ginger adds a distinct, zesty heat and a pungent kick that builds softly in the background. As spoonfull of honey softens the sharp edges of the lemon and the bite of the ginger, leaving a rich, rounded, and sweet finish.

Each Jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
