Quince tastes sweet, fruity and slightly tart, with a rich flavor profile often compared to a mix of apple, pear, and apricot. Its is slightly deeper and more floral however, and the cooking removes the bitter, woody taste of raw quince and gives it a gentle, pleasant acidity with a rich honeyed tones and a lovely pink colour. This is not strictly a marmalade as quince is not a citrus fruit and it is made for cheeses but is equally as delicious spread on your breakfast toast.
Each Jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
